EVENT WORKFLOW
A clear path from event to decision.
01 — Wireless sensors on racking
Sensors continuously monitor mechanical events affecting rack structures. No complex cabling and no disruption to normal warehouse operations.
02 — Sensors work together
RackVision evaluates each event in the context of neighbouring sensors. This allows the system to determine more precisely which part of the racking should be inspected.
03 — Automatic event assessment and localisation
The system assigns each event to a specific rack row, zone or section and displays it in the event overview and graphical map.
04 — The right people receive the information
Significant events can trigger an automatic email alert. Depending on the configuration, an event can also be supplemented with video footage from the existing camera infrastructure.
05 — Long-term overview
RackVision stores event history, supports data export and generates daily and weekly reports. Reports can also include AI-powered analysis, making operational data faster and easier to interpret.
AI POWERED OPERATIONAL DATA ANALYSIS
RackVision uses AI to analyse operational data and regular reports. Instead of simply presenting a list of recorded events, it helps highlight significant changes, recurring issues and areas of operation that deserve increased attention.
AI works with data already collected by RackVision and turns it into concise, easy-to-understand summaries for responsible personnel.
